The skin of the treatment area may be tender, sensitive, painful, itchy, red (erythema), swollen (edema), bruises may appear and a feeling of dryness, this condition may last up to a week from the day of the procedure.
Over the next 3 - 7 days, the pigmentation will fade by 20 - 40%, so you should not worry about the initial makeup color being too intense. The proper effect will be visible after approximately 30-45 days.

The effect of pigmentation can be properly assessed only after the skin has healed, i.e. approximately 30-45 days after the treatment. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from prematurely assessing this effect, and in particular, during the unfinished healing process, refrain from seeking opinions on the effect of the treatment, including the shape of the pigmentation, the color of the pigmentation or the correctness of its implementation, from third parties, i.e. incl. with friends, colleagues, family members or other beauticians or linergists.
Proper skin care immediately after the treatment is very important. It helps you quickly get rid of irritations and enjoy your new makeup longer. Please read the list of recommendations and tips for skin care after the treatment carefully.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND TIPS AFTER THE TREATMENT
Maintain hygiene rules in the treatment area and special hand hygiene.
Avoid accidentally and reflexively touching the pigmentation area - to avoid bacterial, viral or fungal infection and irritation of the treatment area.
If there is any exudation of blood or serous fluids, the treatment area should be gently cleansed using disposable cotton pads or other soft dressing materials moistened with physiological saline solution or lukewarm, boiled water.
Cleansing should be done by gently placing the cotton pad on the pigmented area, avoiding rubbing, irritating and softening the wound.
Preparations provided or recommended by the person performing the treatment should be applied using disposable applicators. These preparations are applied in a thin layer to avoid occlusion and the development of anaerobic bacteria.
It is recommended to change bed linen and towels, and in the case of lip pigmentation, replace the toothbrush.
For 24 hours:
- Ban on drinking alcohol, blood-thinning drugs e.g. aspirin and drinks containing caffeine (cola, coffee)
For 7 - 14 days:
- Do not apply any preparations or cosmetics to the pigmentation area and the immediate treatment area. : powders, fluids, creams, lipsticks, lip glosses, mascaras and conditioners for eyelashes and eyebrows, or other preparations; decoctions of herbs, ointments, etc., except those provided or recommended by the person performing the procedure. A complete ban on applying makeup in the immediate area of the treatment.
- Ban on using creams, tonics, micellar fluids and other products containing active substances.
- Do not use the gym and avoid heavy physical exertion (for 7 days)
- Avoid wetting the treatment area and contact with detergents during bathing, showering and other personal hygiene activities.
- When putting on and taking off clothes (sweaters, sweatshirts, dresses), avoid touching and irritating the treatment area.
- Minimize contact of the treatment area with hair, hats and pets
- The pigmented zone must not be scratched, rubbed, removed, picked or picked off flaking epidermis and scabs
For 30 days (approx. 4 weeks):
- Do not use the sauna or swimming pool
For 45 days (approx. 6 weeks):
- Avoid strong sun exposure
- Do not use the solarium
- Do not undergo chemical and mechanical peeling treatments, mesotherapy treatments, injection treatments, and do not apply exfoliating preparations in the close vicinity of the treatment site
- do not smoke cigarettes for the first 24 hours
- drink fluids through a straw for the first 2-3 days
- avoid hot drinks, salty, spicy and hot foods for the first 7 days
- do not scratch, rub, soak and avoid wetting the labial area with the tongue,
- do not bite your lips,
- do not remove, pluck or tear off the flaking epidermis
- maintain special oral hygiene
- 72 hours after the treatment, apply a thin layer of the preparation provided or recommended by the person performing the treatment once a day for the next 3 days, and twice a day in the summer and winter period.
- unless necessary, do not visit a dentist or orthodontist for the first 14 days
